JR Prosperity Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome on board as a JR Prosperity Member! By signing up to our membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. I/We understand that by agreeing to the terms and conditions, there are no ongoing membership fees that are in addition to what was outlined in the initial membership agreement payment terms.
2. I/We understand that JR Prosperity Partners will serve its clients to their best possible interests regarding achieving an investment property portfolio.
3. I/We understand that JR Prosper will offer investment properties to purchase to me that are demonstrated to be effective for long-term investment, instead of short-term (1-3 years)
4. I/We understand that JR Prosperity Partners is not providing financial advice in relation to property purchasing activities, and hence suggest that it’s my responsibility to seek legal and/or other professional advice.
5. I/We understand as a paid member, I will receive access to exclusive content, products, and services. These benefits may change from time to time and be replaced with comparable options, and JR Prosperity Partners reserves the right to modify or discontinue any benefit at any time without notice.
6. I/We understand that by signing up for a paid membership, I agree to pay the membership fee associated with the membership option that I have selected. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise as stated in the advertised membership tiers.
7. I/We understand that if I choose to cancel my membership, any refund that is requested must be made in accordance with the membership terms and conditions and any charges are non-refundable. For ‘JR Essential’ , ‘JR Plus’ and ‘JR VIP’, I understand that I must cancel before the trial period of 30 days which starts from when the 10% sign up amount is paid, otherwise I understand that I will be charged the remaining membership amount on Day 31. 
8. I/We understand that JR Prosperity reserves the right to terminate my membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms and conditions.
9. I/We agree that JR Prosperity Partners has the right to indemnify and hold itself harmless from any claims, damages, expenses, or other losses arising out of the misuse of my membership.
10. I/We understand that these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between I/We regarding my/our membership. Any other agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, are superseded by these terms and conditions.
11. I/We agree that by signing up and becoming a member and submitting my payment information, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
