It doesn’t matter what you have, if you don’t know how to use it, it’s useless.
Let’s look at money for instance. If someone who has never had a lot of money growing up, suddenly wins lotto, what do they do?
They spend it on the fancy car, the nice house, designer items and all the luxuries they’ve dreamt of. Then what happens to the money? It runs out. In fact, around 70% of lotto winners spend all their money with no plan whatsoever, and are broke again.
But if they knew how to use their money wisely, they would be in a far better position because they would become resourceful with their windfall.
This is why resourcefulness trumps resources.

Would you use it to “treat” yourself or would you invest in yourself?
